Marta has more than 15 years of experience in Training, Human Resources Management and Business, and Life Coaching. She has collaborated in important companies such as
PepsiCo, HSBC, Honda, Telcel, TGI Fridays, Anahuac University, CFE, Grupo Difasa, among others.
She is the founder of the company Maroy Coaching and Training. Marta has been recognized by companies such as IYEM, SEFOET and PepsiCo.
She has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Anáhuac University. She has a Master’s in Comprehensive Communication from the Somosaguas Complutense Madrid, Spain. Certified as a Training instructor by the STPS as well as by CONOCER, Certified by the Mexican Coaching Federation as a Life Coach and Certified by Coparmex, as an EC049 consultant, among other relevant credentials.
Marta’s mission is to help people through training courses and coaching sessions. She is a wife and mother of three children and has shared in each of them the value of being committed to what they do. She is a board member of a dance academy for girls and adults.
