Nadxiieli has a solid career of nearly 15 years of experience in Change Management Consulting and Teambuilding Facilitation. She has collaborated with large companies such as Unilever, Sony Music Entertainment, Tec Milenio, Grupo Herdez, Puerta de Hierro Hospitals, Grupo Rotoplas, Inter-American Entertainment Corporation (CIE), among others.

She holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the Institute of Postgraduate Studies in Sciences and Humanities (INESPO) in Mexico City. Additionally, she has a Diploma in Training of Leaders from CRIDE.

Nadxiieli is passionate about human relationships, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures and understanding the world through others; which gives her different perspectives of life, in addition to enjoying diving and the contact with nature.
