Carolina has been a Consultant, Facilitator and Coach for more than 15 years. Se has accompanied important organizations in their consulting and training processes, such as Coca-Cola FEMSA, BBVA, Nissan México, Comex, Telcel, Movistar, Unilever, Giant Motors, Lala, Santa Clara, Motul, Pfizer, CFE, Teletón, Bombardier, Citi Banamex, SAP Mexico, among others.
She collaborates mentoring and advising startups in Ufounders. She is also an international practitioner of the Open Cards methodology by the Openmind Academy.
She has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo and is in the process of obtaining a master’s degree in Holistic Psychology and Specialization in Bioneuroemotion at Work from the Institute of Emotions and the Enric Corbera Institute.
Carolina is passionate about sharing with people in the training process and in personal development. She enjoys spending weekends with her family, reading, traveling or simply enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in good company.
