Astrid has a fruitful career of more than 10 years in which she has contributed to Organizational Development and Leadership Training, Emotional Intelligence and Team Integration Strategies for global companies such as Michelin, Mars, Huawei, KFC, Eaton, Acer, among others. 

In addition, she has stood out as a speaker for organizations such as SAP, PUMA, UPS and Aernnova.

She is a founding partner of Power at Work and ambassador of the Global Be Happiness Network, as well as being the creator of the “F” Factor Model and “Mastery at Work”.

Astrid has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and Neurospeaker Pro from the European Academy of Neurosciences. She has an extensive range of certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching, Team Integration and Organizational Happiness.

Astrid enjoys time with her husband and son. She is passionate about reading, exercise, traveling and nature. Her greatest desire is to build a world with more humane companies.
