Elisa is a strategist in Organizational Development, Change Management, Training and Executive Coaching with more than 10 years of experience. She has provided his services to important companies such as PWC, GNP, HSBC, Nestlé, Nissan, Farmacias San Pablo and Soriana.

She has extensive experience in the financial and banking sector as well as in handling agile and change management methodologies such as SCRUM, PROSCI, KOTTER, among others. She has led highly complex projects such as ERP application and banking systems.

Elisa is an active member of the Association of Professionals in Organizational Development (PRODESO) and the Association of Professionals in Change Management (ACMP).

She has a degree in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico with a specialization in Occupational Psychology. Elisa holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from the Institute of Postgraduate Studies in Sciences and Humanities (INESPO). Certified as a coach by the ICF and CONOCER standards.

Elisa is passionate about human and business development, executive and life coaching. She enjoys meditation, traveling, reading, practicing yoga, running and discovering new places and people.
