Jorge has several years of experience in the area of inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD). Among the companies he has guided are: Aeroméxico, Amazon, Banamex, BBVA, Seguridad Omega 2010, Fractal Corporación, Grupo Nagassapi, Fundación Éntrale, Fundación Capaxia, among others, as well as government bodies such as the Mayor’s Office of Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.
He founded and leads ‘Passion for Winning’, where he sempowers PwD through workplace and sports inclusion. He also collaborates as a Coordinator of Workplace Inclusion in the Foundation for the Inclusion and Development of People with Disabilities, FINDEDIS.
Jorge has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Tepeyac and has studies as a Technician in Labor Inclusion, Technologies to Support Labor Inclusion, Web Accessibility, Accessible Content Design, Comprehensive Care of People with Disability and the Elderly, Standard 008-SEGOB-2015 on Civil Protection for People with Disability. among others.
Jorge is a person with motor disability, a wheelchair user, and an activist for social inclusion of PwD, particularly in the workplace and sports. He is passionate about sports, mainly soccer.
