Matthias has 14 years of experience in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Development with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion, Well-being and Happiness at Work, has had a presence in 15 countries and has contributed to various companies such as Penguin Random House, Becton Dickinson, Ernest & Young, Adecco Group, Engel, Seguros Monterrey, Viwala and other companies.
He has also collaborated with public institutions such as the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion and the Secretariat of Inclusion and Social Welfare and with academic institutions such as the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, in the National Polytechnic Institute, among others.
He was part of the Consultative Committee for the creation of the “Manual for the Inclusion of Trans People in Workplaces” with Baker Mckenzie, Pepsico and Equidad Mx, collaborating as a specialist consultant on trans issues.
He studied Psychology at the University of Business and Pedagogical Development and is a Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment Certified Licensee by the KBA Human Resource Company. He has a solid background in strategic planning of human talent, talent management in organizations and neurophysiology of talent as well as in transformation of organizational culture, diversity and inclusion.
Matthias is a passionate promoter of equality and diversity as well as happiness and well-being at work, his purpose is breaking paradigms. Matthias enjoys spending time with his partner, his family and his two pets. He is a retired chess player and in his spare time he likes to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a good read.
