What is the Inclusive Tourism Committed Distinction?
What is the Inclusive Tourism Committed Distinction?
The Inclusive Tourism Committed Distinction is the seal that is awarded to establishments and companies that commit to embracing human diversity:
- They have an Inclusive Customer Service Policy, and
- They train their teams to provide inclusive service to their clients.
This training is carried out through the “Tourism with IDEA” course.

Tourism with IDEA
“Tourism with IDEA” (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) is a training program in which company personnel learn how to provide inclusive, safe and quality service to:
- people with disabilities (motor, visual, hearing, intellectual, psychosocial and neurodivergences disabilities); their assistance dogs and companion
- older people
- the LGBTIQ+ community
In addition, these companies have contributed to the cause of the community organizations allied.
